With a love of detail and a focus on naturalness, we have here, on the Leogang valley floor, created three very special lofts & apartments. Far away from everyday life, you can withdraw to us alone, with your family or with friends and enjoy your time to the fullest.
Nature Lofts and Apartments
A fine note of coffee in the air – hopefully your partner is already in the kitchen preparing breakfast for you so that you can start the day strengthened. The panorama from the breakfast table to the Leoganger Steinberge is certainly worth a break in the morning to press pause for a moment and just let it sink in.
You will feel at home in each of our three natural lofts or apartments. You can really feel nature through warm wood and earthy tones.
In the middle of the Home of Lässig
Whether hiking and biking in summer or skiing and snowboarding in winter – what could be nicer than waking up in the mountains and enjoying the fresh mountain air? There is allways something going on in the Home of Lässig !
Now in summer get on your bike and have fun! With its complete range of bike sports for rookies and pros, the Epic Bikepark Leogang is one of the most renowned bike parks in Europe!
In Winter we are anideal starting point for skiing-, ski tours or cross country skiing experiences in our beautiful winter landscape. The Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area offers skiing fun at the highest level and, with 270 kilometers of slopes, is one of the largest and best in Austria.

Focus on naturalness
From the wooden house in the lowest energy standard to the warm oak floor, from the furnishings to the textiles, we rely on natural materials. The house was built in a rural-modern style and during construction we used our local and regional craftsmen, whose craftsmanship is known and sought after far beyond our region. All textiles are made from certified materials such as sheep’s wool or organic cotton, and the bed linen is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
