Because we value our nature very much
We live in one of the most beautiful regions of the Alps. We respect our nature and environment and therefore pay great attention to our resources such as energy and water. We use these sparingly and efficiently, thereby protecting our climate.
construction
The shingle facade and the visible roof truss in the lofts are made of solid larch and spruce wood, the naturalness and durability are unbeatable in our rural construction and pure nature, there is no need for chemicals. In the house you will also find all kinds of wood, especially spruce, oak, stone pine and ash.
Natural materials
The house was built mainly from wood, natural materials and insulating materials. We rely on renewable resources and masterfully crafted wooden architecture and furnishings from our regional companies for us and you.

Textiles
For your well-being and your health, we rely on natural textiles and organic bed linen that have been tested for harmful substances (also suitable for allergy sufferers), we only use environmentally certified cleaning agents and in the bathroom you will find naturally certified products from Mariàs for hair & body in refillable dispensers.
Energy
Our electricity comes from our own roof and we get the rest from Salzburg hydroelectric power.

We want you to travel as sustainably as possible, use public transport (train or bus) or come by electric car or very sporty by bike, then you will receive our
environmental discount of 3%
on the booked price.
You can also charge your e-car with us for a fee, we offer a fast charging station (Type 2 Mode 3 up to 11 KWh/h), a high-voltage connection or you charge slowly with the normal socket, preferably during the day, then you use our green Electricity from our own PV system on the roof.
Public transportation
There is a great ski bus system in town – the bus stop is a two-minute walk from the house – with which you can easily get to the two valley stations Asitzbahn or Steinbergbahn. This saves you the hassle of looking for a parking space! Leave your car and enjoy a car-free time. Back to “vomLandl” you take the ski path to Leogang in winter and simply drive to the lofts at the garden gate 😊.
In summer you can reach footpaths, hiking trails and cycle paths “from the Landl”, for exploring the region you can use the “Saalfelden Leogang Card” as a ticket for public transport throughout the Pinzgau and can thus see the numerous sights, lovely places or natural spectacles Explore for free with the public transport.
